About DenTeC

The Dental Technology Center (DenTeC) is operated by the Georgia Institute of Technology and located in campus facilities.

DenTeC works in collaborative partnerships with organizations and institutions such as Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), Emory University, and the Medical College of Georgia (MCG) Dental School. DenTeC’s research direction is based on joint understanding of clinical needs and technologies, evaluation of the research results, and funding for the center. DenTeC benefits from the complimentary expertise of the partner institutions, with Georgia Tech providing fundamental technology research, GTRI providing applied research and product development, and MCG and Emory University providing the fundamental medical research and clinical evaluation of technologies.
